CWCI in Australia and KYB

Christian Women Communicating International (CWCI) is an International, evangelical women’s ministry which began in Australia and is known for its dynamic Bible teaching and relevance to life issues. Throughout Australia there are around 2000 KYB groups for women. These are interdenominational groups run by women for women.

There is a thirst for Bible study among God’s people. There is a call among those involved with small group ministries for a series of Bible studies that will develop Christians in their knowledge of God's Word and in their own Christian walk; studies that will bring out the Bible's truth and demonstrate its relevance to Christians in today’s world.

Know Your Bible studies, known as KYB, has been published to meet such a need. KYB is designed so that participants have the passage of Scripture brought to them in four ways each week:

• at home answering the daily questions
• in group discussion
• by the leader's summary after the discussion
• in the printed notes provided with each lesson

Four studies are offered each year, conducted during school terms.  Three have an introduction and nine lessons and the last one of the year, an introduction and five lessons.

Options to commence an evening group or mixed gender group are possible.
