WCA Spring Talks Series
Each year (since 2015), the WCA arranges the Spring Talks Series following our spring general meetings (September, October & November). Guest speakers are invited to discuss a range of subjects that might be of interest to residents of Wamboin and surrounding rural-residential and rural areas.

September 18
“The QPRC Animal Management Services Talk”
Come and meet Council’s Animal Management Officers, learn about their role, how the Queanbeyan Pound works, how and when to contact them if you have a question or need their help and much more.

October 16
“The Police Talk”
The Bungendore Police Team will talk about their work and answer your questions about all manner of local issues – from what we and they can do about poor driver behaviour to how to minimise your chances of being burgled – come along to listen and ask questions.

“The Mike Kelly Talk”
The Hon Dr Mike Kelly AM, MP, our local Federal member (Eden Monaro) will be along for an update on national and local issues and to discuss any matters of interest.
