The Wamboin Community Association (WCA) has published a New Residents’ Guide that is available free to all new (less than 2 years) residents of Wamboin.
The Guide is intended to:
- create a “meet & greet” opportunity for residents to introduce themselves and the Wamboin community to their newly arrived neighbours
- inform new residents of social, community, sporting and other groups and organisations that operate in the area
- facilitate and encourage new residents to join the Wamboin Community Association, and
- pass on useful hints about rural living.
If you have new neighbours and you'd like to give them a copy, or if you're new to the area and don't yet have a copy, you can pick one up at the WCA stall at the monthly Home Produce Markets, download the on-line version, or email the WCA Secretary (secretary@wamboincommunity.asn.au) to arrange your copy.
